Zal Forge is a software and digital design studio operating under Zal Base. This site (forge.zalbase.com) is owned and operated by Zal Forge. You can reach us at contact@zalbase.com or on WhatsApp at +13673309382.

We collect only what we need to respond to you and run this site:

• Project brief submissions. When you use the project brief form at /forge, we store the answers you provide — including your name, email, company, role, and the description of the work you want done. We use this to reply, qualify the engagement, and follow up.
• Direct messages. If you contact us by email or WhatsApp, your messages and contact details are stored in our inbox and CRM for as long as we need them to serve you.
• Basic site analytics. Our infrastructure provider records aggregate, privacy-respecting metrics about traffic to this site (such as pages visited, approximate country, and referrer). We do not run third-party tracking pixels or advertising trackers.
• Functional cookies. The site uses minimal first-party storage for things like keeping you signed in to the studio admin (which is not publicly accessible). No advertising cookies.

• We do not sell your data.
• We do not share your project details with third parties without your consent.
• We do not run advertising or retargeting cookies.
• We do not maintain shadow profiles or scrape your details from elsewhere.

To run this site and deliver our work, we rely on a small set of reputable third-party providers that process data on our behalf, including:

• Cloud hosting and content delivery — to serve this site securely and reliably.
• Database hosting — to store project briefs and related records.
• Transactional email — to alert us when you submit a brief and to reply to you.
• Messaging — when you choose to contact us through WhatsApp or a similar channel.

Each provider processes data only on our instructions, under standard data-protection terms. We are happy to share the current list of these providers on request, and we will sign a data-processing agreement where an engagement requires one.

We keep brief submissions and correspondence only as long as we need them to evaluate and serve the engagement, and to meet any legal or accounting obligations. When a record is no longer needed, we delete it.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete any personal information we hold about you — a brief, an email, or any other record. Email contact@zalbase.com and we will action your request within seven days.

We will update this page when we change how we handle data, and update the "last updated" date above. For material changes, we will note them at the top of the page for at least 30 days.
