Zal Forge is a software and digital design studio operating under Zal Base. This site (forge.zalbase.com) is owned and operated by Zal Forge. You can reach us at contact@zalbase.com or on WhatsApp at +13673309382.

We collect only what we need to respond to you and run this site:

• Project brief submissions. When you use the project brief form at /forge, we store the answers you provide — including your name, email, company, role, and the description of the work you want done. We use this to reply, qualify the engagement, and follow up.
• Direct messages. If you contact us by email or WhatsApp, your messages and contact details are stored in our inbox and CRM for as long as we need them to serve you.
• Basic site analytics. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) records aggregate, privacy-respecting metrics about traffic to this site (pages visited, country, referrer). We do not run third-party tracking pixels or advertising trackers.
• Functional cookies. The site uses minimal first-party storage for things like keeping you signed in to the studio admin (which is not publicly accessible). No advertising cookies.

• We do not sell your data.
• We do not share your project details with third parties without your consent.
• We do not run advertising or retargeting cookies.
• We do not maintain shadow profiles or scrape your details from elsewhere.

To deliver the work, we rely on a small set of trusted providers:

• Cloudflare — hosting and edge delivery for this site.
• Neon — managed Postgres database for project briefs.
• Resend — transactional email delivery (notifications when a brief is submitted).
• WhatsApp Business — when you choose to contact us through WhatsApp.

Each of these processes data on our behalf under standard data-handling terms.

You can ask us to delete a brief, an email, or any other record we hold about you. Email contact@zalbase.com and we will action it within seven days.

We will update this page when we change how we handle data, and update the "last updated" date above. For material changes, we will note them at the top of the page for at least 30 days.
