Use of this site
This site is owned and operated by Zal Forge (forge.zalbase.com). By using the site you agree to use it lawfully, not to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer it, and not to use it to harm us or others.
Project briefs
Submitting a brief through /forge is a request to start a conversation, not a contract. We will reply to evaluate fit. If we proceed, a separate signed engagement agreement governs the work, its scope, deliverables, timeline, ownership, and payment terms.
Engagement work
Any code, designs, or assets produced for a paying engagement are governed by the engagement agreement signed at kickoff. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, clients receive full ownership of delivered work upon final payment.
For services-business clients, we provide reasonable post-launch care during the engagement's warranty period as defined in the agreement. Ongoing support is available through a separate care plan.
Intellectual property of this site
The Zal Forge name, marks, design system, illustrations, and copy on this site are the property of Zal Forge. Case studies and references to client work are published with the client's permission.
Beauty Halal Shop screenshots and references on this site are used with the client's permission and remain the property of Beauty Halal Shop.
No guarantees on illustrative content
Some project cards on the site are labelled "example project template" — those are illustrative and do not represent live client engagements. Real client work is clearly labelled.
Limitation of liability
This site is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zal Forge is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the site itself. Liability for paid engagements is set out in the engagement agreement.
