A polished e-commerce site and custom operating dashboard for a Dakar-based islamic-fashion brand, designed around how the owner actually sells: through WhatsApp.
The problem
The owner sells abayas, khimars, qamis, and attars through Instagram DMs and WhatsApp messages. Product info lived in screenshots. Orders, customers, and stock were tracked from memory. The business was growing faster than the way it was being run.
The approach
We built around the channel customers already use. The public site presents the catalog with editorial-grade product pages; checkout finalizes through WhatsApp with the cart, address, and customer details pre-filled. Behind the storefront, a custom operating dashboard lets the owner run the entire business from one screen with no spreadsheets, no DMs lost in scroll.
